How long do the warranty last on Skywatch cameras? What is your hardware repair process?

The warranty for HomeCam 2 last for 12 months. For ProCam, ToughCam or ToughDome, 24 months.

We provide repair services for cameras that are no longer covered by warranty. Please contact us directly for a preliminary quote before returning your camera for services. All out-of-warranty products services for a fee will carry ninety days of extended warranty.
